We ensure that Quality is built into our work product through the use of Fortress Ghana Management Systems that incorporate quality in management and operations activities. Our Quality Management System is designed to guide all of Fortress Ghana activities. Our Quality Management plan includes quality processes, procedures, operational techniques, and activities that provide the means for measuring and controlling the work items, elements, components, products, or services we provide, to ensure conformance with agreed performance standards. The management of Fortress Ghana is committed to its Quality policy and Management Plan.
